States and Capitals

We have started studying the states and capitals in our combination class.

Fourth graders are responsible for learning the names and locations of our 50 states.

Fifth graders are responsible for learning the names and locations of our 50 states and capitals.

The first test will be Friday, May 3rd and will cover the first eleven states.

Progress Reports

You will be receiving progress reports Friday, April 26th. Please sign and return those progress reports as soon as possible.

California State Testing

State Testing begins next week. Please ensure that your child arrives on time everyday because we will be testing first thing in the morning. It is also important that your child eats a nutritious breakfast every morning to increase their focus on the test.

May 1st and May 2nd: 5th grade Science Testing

May 6th and May 7th: 4th/5th grade ELA Testing

May 8th and May 9th: 4th/5th grade Math Testing
